MONIQUE RUSSELL - FOUNDEr & SOLicitor Director

Monique Russell (formerly Monique Hayes) is the Founder and Solicitor Director of Generation Legal. Monique has been working in the legal industry since 2007.

Monique graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts (History) with Distinction, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Monique completed a Masters in Applied Law (Wills & Estates) to specialise in an area of law which she is passionate about.

Monique has extensive experience in Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, Conveyancing & Property Law and Business Law.

"My aim is to provide expert service while smoothly guiding you through the legal process. I have a passion for helping people structure their affairs and provide them with peace of mind".

Monique is a member of the NSW Law Society and St George Sutherland Law Society; and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia.

Hayley freckelton - legal assistant

Hayley has been working in law firms for 20 years. She started at Generation Legal in 2019. Hayley is friendly, professional and highly organised.

Hayley is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office and she can assist with many questions you may have.

Hayley enjoys helping clients and ensuring they are treated with kindness and compassion.

Hayley is a Justice of the Peace.
